Can I make a change to my order?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States of America.

What type of materials are your hats?

Our hats are made of vegan suede. We also offer the Sammy, hat which is made of Leather.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed online, please allow 3-5 business days to receive shipping and tracking information. Please keep in mind that this information will be sent to the email address used in your order. 

The hat I want says sold out, how do I know if it's being restocked?
 Make sure to sign up for our emails as we always send a little reminder when styles restock. 

Tracking says my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet?
Once a package is out of our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Occasionally, the carrier will deliver the package within 24 hours if it's was marked as delivered by mistake. If your package has not arrived within 2 days of delivery date, please file a claim with your carrier. We'd love to check into things from our end as well. Once you've filed a claim, please send us your order number so that we can follow up on any lost shipments.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Unfortunately with our limited stock, we do not offer returns or refunds.

I received the wrong item, what can be done?
We are so sorry this happened! Please email us at hello@shopcrownchapeau.com and we will send a return shipping label to you. Upon receiving the garments to our warehouse, we will ship the correct styles. 

How do I know my size? Do the styles vary?
We have 3 different size options. Please make sure to look at the detailed description for each style and measure your head accordingly.
